and potential shareholders. In addition, we will ensure that many of the
financial reporting websites are kept current with the latest information
issued by your company.
Message Development
Our staff will assist you in developing your core mission statement and
the messages you want to convey to the investment community. In
addition, we will create and define, in conjunction with your senior
management team, the metrics by which you should be judged by
investors.
Shareholder Targeting
Based on our years of cultivating broker relationships, we will identify and
contact those brokers, investment funds, and research analysts who we
believe would have an immediate interest in taking a position in your
company. There is both a short and long-term approach to shareholder
targeting. In the short-term, we will contact those investors we have the
strongest relationship with that we feel would be the most interested in
your story. Then, on a continuing basis, we will contact those who have
been identified through our proprietary database.

funds and brokers who may want to attend one-on-one meetings or
group luncheons. These investors will be pre-screened and given a
